Space Adventures! -Episode I planet of shrooms part 2

Back on board the Star Hooper, the crew fuels up the flame throwers on the fighter class space/air craft. This aircraft carries 4 flame throwers and 2 napalm bombs. It has a crew of 2 people.  These units are used to scorch and burn vegetation on planets. They will make a good place for the landing crafts to land and burn anything in its path into ashes, weather its native aliens living on the planet or mushrooms. Four of these are enough to take care of the patch of mushrooms discovered by the drones. After their flame throwers are fueled, they are launched into the orbit of the strange planet. The drones send out an signal to let them know where they are. Within minutes, the four space crafts reach the mushrooms. As soon as they do, they unleash the fury of fire. Flame spews out of the long barrels setting the mushrooms on fire. The mushroom heads ignite. The mushroom heads burn like paper. The body of the mushrooms take longer to burn but are no match for the advanced technology. The flame thrower air crafts make multiple trips around the patch of mushrooms, burning most of the mushrooms. They crumble as little figures pour out of them. The pilot realizes those are the native populations of the planet. . He radios in to the rest of the pilots and 2 of them follows the running natives while the other 2 keeps burning the giant mushrooms. The 2 flame throwing aircraft that are following the natives swoops closer to the ground. The pilots can see the faces of the terrified humanoid creatures. Without hesitation, the pilot sets them on fire which makes them run faster. He gets most of them but some of them escapes to the big rocks beyond the mushrooms. There are many caves. The flames have no effect on the rocks. The two aircraft continue to burn other aliens running to the rock caves. More start pouring out and running away to the caves. there are multiple groups of humanoid aliens running away. By this time, the drones join in on the fight. The drones are each equipped with 12mm miniguns and grenade launchers. They are being controlled by the engineers back on the Star Hopper. The video is displayed on the bridge/command center of Star Hopper. The crew on the bridge cheers. Some even sing in joy and pride.

The captain gives out order for the landing crafts to be loaded with soldiers. The space marines gear up for land invasion and clearance. They put their heavy backpacks on, gas masks, combat knifes, secondary and primary weapons. Some carry flame throwers. Most of them carry Pulse Rifles. Pulse Rifles are standard issued rifles of the Marines and Navy. Two battalions load up on the landing crafts. Three in total. Each landing craft has a crew of 5 people. Two pilots and three gunners. The landing craft has one turret with a laser and two side lasers.

So far, there is no resistance by the native inhabitants of the planet. They are not even sure if they have an organized government. The landing crafts slowly reach the burning mushrooms because the flame thrower air crafts are not done burning the mushrooms. Black smoke rises and can be seen for miles.
