Disgusting Seamore

This is my first story idea.

 Background:

Seamore is just an average kid except the fact that he is disgusting. Everyone hates him though. Probably because Seamore never showers and smells like cheese and shit. He never showers. His hair is super greasy and he has an centimeter layer of dandruff in his head. Every he scratches his disgusting head flakes fall out. It gets on his clothes, food, and things around him. During winter seasons when he wears his disgusting old hobo sweater, the dandruff flakes litter his sweater like snow flakes. Seamore wonders why everyone hates him. Everyone tries to avoid him. His parents are too busy to tell him to take a shower. His parents work in the sewers day and night. They have to clean up the city's sewage and filter out all the toys being flushed away. They bring home Seamore a pet rat. Every time Seamore's pet rat dies, they bring him another one becuase there are plenty of rats in the sewers. The cook and eat the dead pet rats. Seamore showers once a month but he showers in garbage water he collects from the dumpsters around the city. The  materials in the garbage water clogs his pores and gives him a nasty skin infection. But, Seamore doesn't care. He thinks its because he is not using enough trash water. So he urinates into his garbage water so it will be more "effective" at cleansing him. He stockpiles on buckets of piss and garbage water. He keeps them in seperate buckets. 

He starts missing school because he is too focused on collecting garbage water and drinking gallons of water. He drinks gallons of water so he can keep on peeing so  he can add to his piss buckets. In his filthy room filled with piss buckets and trash water buckets, he sleeps in the dirty mattress in his spare time. He as an old television in the corner of the room. It was passed down to him as a gift after his grandpa died from a traumatic car crash. He watches it sometimes while he waits for his body to process the water he drank. The reception is really bad. He can barely see any pictures on it. His parents start to worry about him. They think he is mentally ill but he insists that it's who he is. He is not ill. Its who he is. "Let me spread my wings," he says. 

The school started to notice his absence. The class rooms were a lot more cleaner. They liked him gone but school protocol required the attendance lady to call his house. Seamore's parents get a phone call from the school. "Where is Seamore? He has missed school for over a month. If he wants to pass school, he must show up and make up work," says the receptionist lady. "Okay we will make sure our son Seamore comes to class," says his parents. They knock on his room to ask him how he is. "Come in," says Seamore. The parents open the door and is hit with a massive stench. Their eyes water. They cough violently. "SEAMORE! What the fuck is this!?"
"It is just my garbage water and piss," replies Seamore. He is covered in pimples and boils size of ping pong balls. It is absolutly disgusting. "Seamore you filthy son of a bitch," says his father. "Get cleaned up right this instant."
"But dad," says Seamore. "NOW!" says his dad. Seamore decides to take a bath. But he takes a bath in garbage water and piss. He thinks it's clean.
The next day he goes to school with baggies filled with garbage water. It's his lunch.  As soon as Seamore walks into the school, the kids start to faint and get sick. They all run away from Seamore. The teacher calls 911 and the ambulance comes to get Seamore. But the paramedics can't even get near him. He is just too gross. Soon the hazmat team is called to take care of Seamore. Men in gas mask and yellow hazmat suits arrive. They handcuff Seamore. "He is a threat to the society." They put Seamore in a sealed container. They just store him in a container forever.
